Essential Eligibility

Completion of 10+2 (Intermediate) with Science subjects—Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics—from a recognized board.General category: At least 50% aggregate marks in PCB/PCM group.45% aggregate marks (relaxation applies as per state norms).


Admission Procedure

Student seeking admission to the D Pharma course will have to apply on the college admission form prescribed for the purpose, which is available at M.N. Institute Of Health Education Reception. Admission shall be made on merit on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance test/written test, sports proficiency test, physical fitness test and marks obtained in qualifying examination.


How to Apply :-

The Relevant documents to be submitted along with Application form are the Xerox copy of:

  • 1. Matric/ICSE/CBSE/ Marksheet and Certificate
  • 2. Intermediate or +2 Marksheet.
  • 4. Caste certificate in support of belonging to a schedule caste/Schedule Tribes/Others Backward class from a competent authority.
  • 5. Original CLC at the time of admission.
